Pro Touch Painting respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you contact us about a painting project in Brevard County, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we collect only what we need to quote and schedule your project: your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and the details you tell us about the work. If you sign an estimate online, we also store your signature, the signed date and the estimate itself.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send written estimates, schedule and complete the work, invoice you, and follow up about your project. We may contact you by phone, text or email about the estimate you requested. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Only Pro Touch Painting and the service providers that run this website, our email delivery and our secure database. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We disclose information otherwise only when the law requires it.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. These tools set cookies and record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region and device type. They are not used to identify you personally, and you can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will reply about your project only. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.
Estimate requests and signed agreements are kept as long as needed to serve you, honor our workmanship warranty, and meet Florida tax and contracting record requirements. After that we delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Protouchpaintingbrevard@gmail.com or call 207-812-1837 and we will take care of it.
This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
